Our fitters can provide a premier service that takes all the hassle out of the flooring process. For an additional charge, we’ll take care of everything including:
- Moving all furniture. Leave your room as it is, our team will move furniture before fitting the floor and put it back where it belongs once the flooring is down.
- Uplifting of old flooring. Let our team do the heavy lifting and uplift any pre-existing flooring that you have in place including carpets, vinyl, or wooden flooring.
- Waste disposal. We’ll ensure that all waste flooring is disposed of responsibly at a waste removal center – so you can get on with enjoying your new floor.
- Cleaning finished rooms. All newly floored rooms will be meticulously cleaned, so that the room is in a pristine state, with your new flooring and furniture intact.

What is luxury vinyl flooring?
Luxury vinyl flooring is the term given to either Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) or Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP). Both products offer a premium alternative to traditional vinyl sheet rolls, simulating higher-end materials such as hardwood, stone, or ceramic. Luxury vinyl flooring makes use of robust PVC materials and wear layers to provide a long-lasting, affordable flooring solution.
How much does LVT flooring cost?
LVT flooring can cost between £10-70 per square metre, depending on what brand and style you opt for. Luxury vinyl tile or plank can cost as much as £70 per square metre, if you opt for complex designs such as herringbone or parquet. As such, it is typically more expensive than vinyl sheet roll.
How long does it take a professional to lay LVT flooring?
A professional floor layer will take much less time to fit an LVT floor compared to a DIY installation. The time they’ll take to fit a 12ft x 15ft can be anywhere between 2-3 hours, depending on the shape of the room being floored and the design of the flooring.
How long after laying LVT can you walk on it?
You won’t need to wait after the installation has been completed on your new LVT flooring. LVT is fitted using glueless methods, such as tongue and groove (click lock) fittings, so they can be walked on as soon as they’re finished.
